Investor Benefits and Loan Security

MB8 Ltd is currently seeking to open a restaurant at one of Cambridge’s oldest and most prestigious shopping centres, The Grafton Centre. Upon discovering what equity-based crowdfunding can do for startups and fledgling businesses, they asked TFG Crowd to assist them with financing their project. For their first round of funding, they need capital to develop the space they rented from the shopping centre and build ventilation, electrical, and plumbing systems for their restaurant. They also need to purchase all the equipment, furnishings, and lights and have them installed. They require 100 000€ in funds to make all of this happen, and are willing to reward potential investors an annual percentage rate of 17%. For their trust, MB8 Ltd has promised monthly payouts throughout the loan term of 12 months.
