• The minimum amount you can withdraw is 50 €.
• We will always attempt to issue refunds to your original source of remittance, whenever possible.
• Withdrawals are carried out within 1-5 business days upon receipt of the withdrawal request. For bank transfer, please allow a few additional days for the funds to reach your account.
• Following receipt of a withdrawal request, the amount requested will be deducted from your balance.
